Delisa is an energetic, positive, and youthful 52 year old who occasionally stands outside to cool off while making a quip about contributing to global warming. She owns her own business, Dayspring Enrichment Center, where she offers individual and group coaching to women at mid-life who want to make this the bginning of the best years of their lives. She has worked as a counselor, teacher, RN, minister, and maple syrup producer. It is her passion to work with others who are committed to opening up to their unlimited potential and creating a joy-filled life.

As a woman who is experiencing menopause herself, she is excited about the potential this time of life brings to women personally, and to society as a whole. In spite of all she has already done, she feels that she is just getting started!

Delisa loves the outdoors and shares her life in Alaska with her husband, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. They live on a beautiful small lake where they enjoy daily kayak rides during the summer.

She also loves music and vegan cooking.
